Queer Camp Lite is our short-form overnight series, held a few times a year. Where our summer camp runs a full week, a these lock-in style events are one or two nights, packed with games, crafts, and community.
Lock-Ins are for LGBTQIA+ and ally youth, ages 12-18, the same age range welcomed at our summer camp.
Expect games, crafts, a movie night, and time to just be together. Past Lock-Ins have included activities like bracelet-making and a group movie night. Each evening typically features one main activity, like a pool night or a movie night, rather than a packed schedule.
To maintain the safety of our campers, location will only be sent once you’ve registered your camper. It is held in Fayetteville, Arkansas 72703
Yes. Registration closes ahead of each Lock-In, and spots can be limited, so signing up early is recommended.
Yes. Campers’ safety is Queer Camp's top priority, and every overnight policy reflects that. Trained staff and background-checked volunteers supervise campers around the clock, with awake staff on duty overnight.
